I’m not vegan, but I am interested in nondairy foods because my stomach gets upset after I drink milk or eat yogurt.

I drink soy milk instead of milk, but I’m not a big fun of almond milk.

There is many gluten free foods at a grocery store, but nondairy foods aren’t that much yet, I think.

I have an earth balance butter in my refrigerator all the time. It is pretty good.

I got a nondairy vanilla ice cream today. Taste is pretty good.

I haven’t tried nondairy yogurt and cheese yet.
